FIGEAC AÉRO Appoints an Administrator in Charge of CSR
FIGEAC AÉRO, a key player in the aeronautical industry, announces significant developments in its governance in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). At its meeting on July 18, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Anne Tauby as director in charge of CSR.
The PILOT 28 strategic plan, integrating CSR at the heart of its objectives, aims to position FIGEAC AÉRO on the path to decarbonization of its production processes and purchases, as well as to participate in the development of the next generation of aircraft. own commercial. The objective is to support profitable and sustainable growth until 2028.
To reinforce this ambition, the appointment of Anne Tauby brings notable expertise. Already a member of the Board since May 2022, she represents Tikehau Capital. This change completes the Group's CSR governance structure led by Franck Porier since October 2023.
Thanks to this new organization, FIGEAC AÉRO aims to align all of its teams with its sustainability objectives and to prepare for the application of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) from the 2024/25 financial year.
