FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE: Review of the third quarter of 2024
In the third quarter of 2024, FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE announces stable consolidated turnover compared to the previous year. The progression of real estate activity, with an increase of €584 thousand, was supported by the revaluation of rents and commissioning, contributing to an increase of €1,236 thousand (+2.4%). On the other hand, the absence of sales of goods in stock contrasted with the €653,000 in sales made last year.
The activity of service provider companies recorded a decrease of €638 thousand, totaling €11,844 thousand. The current economic and political situation is slowing down real estate investment decisions, negatively impacting transaction and subscription fees for SCPI shares.
The past quarter did not see any significant events. Over the first nine months of the year, FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE anticipates a consolidated annual turnover of around 86 million euros, thus confirming its forecasts.
