FERMENTALG announces its latest figures relating to voting and share rights

On April 9, 2024, from Libourne, the company FERMENTALG communicated updated information concerning its share capital and its voting rights, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the commercial code and the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of March 31, 2024, FERMENTALG has 54,053,395 shares making up its share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 56,940,714, while the exercisable voting rights reach 56,849,607.

The company emphasizes that the calculation of the total number of theoretical voting rights includes all shares with voting rights, according to the details of article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. FERMENTALG also announced that revenue for the first half of 2024 will be published on July 4, 2024, after the markets close.
