FDE repurchases shares through its share repurchase program

Pontpierre, France, July 30, 2024 – FDE (Euronext: FDE - ISIN: FR0013030152), energy producer with a negative carbon footprint, announces that it has repurchased, over the period from July 22 to July 26, 2024, 481 of its shares.

FDE thus continues the implementation of its share buyback program in accordance with the delegation of authority adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2023.

At the end of this operation, FDE thus holds 3.32% of its capital, excluding treasury shares held within the framework of its liquidity contract. This transaction is financed by available cash without affecting the financial capacity of the group.

FDE confirms its objectives for 2030, with an annual turnover of more than 175 million euros, an EBITDA of more than 85 million euros, and a reduction of more than 20 million tons of CO2eq per year.
