FDE buys back shares through its share buyback program
La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced that it had repurchased 3,075 of its shares between September 2 and 6, 2024. This operation is part of the share repurchase program adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2023.
During this period, the average acquisition price of the shares varied between 26.87 and 27.27 euros. FDE now holds 3.63% of its capital, excluding treasury shares held for its liquidity contract.
This initiative was fully funded by the company's available cash, without impacting its financial capacity. FDE remains focused on its various organic and external growth projects, targeting a turnover of more than €175 million and a gross operating surplus of €85 million by 2030.
