FSDV 2024-2025 annual results: towards a stabilization of losses

FSDV has released its annual results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The group, which has had no industrial activity since 2007, generated no revenue. However, it recorded a net loss of €400,000, narrowing this loss compared to the previous fiscal year, which saw a loss of €580,000. Financial income increased by 42%, reaching €17,000.

Equity stood at €870,000, while cash decreased by 62% to €282,000. No significant events occurred during the financial year, and the accounts were certified without reservation by the statutory auditors.

FSDV becomes the parent company of the BMG Group, a new player listed on Euronext Paris, following the majority acquisition of OPUPELUS.
