Goldman Sachs exceeds 5% stake in FORVIA
On September 18, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold in FORVIA's capital, bringing its stake to 5.22% of the capital, corresponding to 4.44% of the voting rights. This crossing results from an off-market acquisition, which implies the end of the trading exemption for Goldman Sachs.
The company indirectly holds 10,294,693 FORVIA shares. Of these, 3,048,798 are from a stock loan with a possible call. In addition, Goldman Sachs holds 1,980,000 shares from physically settled call option contracts and 380,000 shares from a put option contract.
Swap positions added 2,238,641 shares and 910 shares through call warrants, bringing Goldman Sachs' total FORVIA shares to a significant level.
