Fathom Companies Announces Newest Management Acquisition: The Brunswick Hotel in Brunswick, Maine

Portland, ME / ACCESSWIRE / July 26, 2024 / Fathom Companies, a Portland-based hospitality firm, has taken over management of The Brunswick Hotel in Brunswick, Maine, effective immediately. The company's portfolio already includes the Press Hotel, Canopy Portland Waterfront, and the new Weldon Hotel in Portland.

Opened in June 2011, The Brunswick Hotel occupies a central location in downtown Brunswick, next to Bowdoin College. The town offers rich cultural, culinary, and shopping experiences. A renovation project set for 2025 aims to upgrade all 51 rooms and the lobby area, enhancing the guest experience.

Brandon Hussey, VP of Hospitality Management at Fathom Companies, expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition, citing the hotel's vibrant community presence. He highlighted Fathom’s expertise in boutique hotels and unique guest experiences as assets for the upcoming transformation.
