Faraday Copper Announces C$100 Million Private Placement
Faraday Copper Corp. has announced a private placement financing for up to C$100,002,000. Participants include the Lundin Family Trusts and a subsidiary of BHP Group Limited. The funds will primarily support copper projects in Pinal County, Arizona.
The placement involves issuing up to 23,810,000 common shares at C$4.20 each. It is scheduled to close around March 11, 2026, pending Toronto Stock Exchange approval and other conditions.
The Lundin Family Trusts' participation classifies as a "related party transaction," exempt from certain formal requirements. U.S. registration laws restrict the sale of these securities.
This strategic investment aims to bolster Faraday's ongoing projects and the acquisition of the San Manuel property.
