Failed negotiations between Adomos and Europlasma

Adomos, a key player in the field of real estate investment and digital asset marketing, has announced the end of exclusive discussions with Europlasma regarding a merger project. The talks, initiated on December 6, 2023, envisaged a contribution by Europlasma of 49% of the shares of Les Forges de Tarbes, a company majority owned by Europlasma.

The negotiations, which were potentially to end with a takeover by Europlasma following an issue of new shares in Adomos, were unsuccessful. The two companies failed to agree on terms satisfactory to shareholders on both sides, leading to a mutual decision to cease talks.
