Extension of the creditors' voting period on the AST GROUPE safeguard plan
The company AST GROUPE presented its draft safeguard plan to the Commercial Court on June 19, 2024. The Court decided to extend the creditors' voting period until July 19, 2024. This decision aims to offer more time to creditors to review and vote on the proposed plan.
Consequently, the hearing examining the plan by the Commercial Court is postponed for one week, now scheduled for July 30, 2024. This delay does not affect the current procedure nor the duration of the observation period. , which ends no later than August 17, 2024.
Only financial creditors, guarantors, public creditors and founding shareholders of AST Groupe are involved in this accelerated safeguard procedure. Customers, suppliers and craftsmen are not affected.
