EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS: Crossing Thresholds by Etna French Bidco

On December 20, 2024, EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS received a declaration of crossing of thresholds from Etna French Bidco. This company acquired, on December 19, 76.33% of the capital and voting rights of EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS. This threshold was reached after the purchase of 69,973,626 shares of the company on the market. This transaction is part of a simplified public purchase offer filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers.

Etna French Bidco is partly owned by Etna UK Topco Limited, which is itself controlled by CD&R Stratos Limited and Everest UK Holdco Limited, both entities being indirectly controlled by various investment funds. This strategic move strengthens Etna French Bidco’s position in the capital of EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS.
