Exail Technologies publishes its 2023 Universal Registration Document

Exail Technologies announced that it had filed its Universal Registration Document for the year 2023 with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 23, 2024. This document is now available to the public in accordance with regulatory standards and can be consulted on the company's website, as well as that of the AMF.

The content of this document includes the annual financial report of the company, which includes the consolidated accounts, the annual accounts and the reports relating to the Statutory Auditors. It also contains the special report of the Statutory Auditors on regulated agreements, information on the fees of the Statutory Auditors, as well as on corporate governance at Exail Technologies. The document also includes the Statement of Extra-Financial Performance and information on the company's share buyback program.

Other information concerns the resolutions which will be presented at the General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024, as well as the explanations of the Board of Directors on these resolutions.
