Evolution of share capital and voting rights at Derichebourg

Derichebourg published its monthly report on August 30, 2024 concerning the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024. This document is part of the legal obligations provided for by Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The share capital of Derichebourg consists of 159,397,489 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 227,447,853. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 227,338,957, after deduction of the shares deprived of voting rights.
