Evolution of Governance at Latecoere

Latecoere’s Annual General Meeting approved all proposed resolutions, marking a key step in the evolution of its governance. Nick Sanders was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Thierry Mootz. Sanders, an engineer by training, has solid experience in the aerospace industry and has led several complex industrial turnarounds during his career.

In addition, André Benhamou joins the Board of Directors as a Censor on behalf of the French State. His expertise enriches Latecoere's management, particularly thanks to his background in the economic and industrial development of Occitanie. June du Halgouët has been appointed Chair of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, replacing Sam Marnick.
