Evolution of Governance at Laboratoires BOIRON
On July 3rd, 2024, the Board of Directors of Laboratoires BOIRON met under the chairmanship of Thierry Boiron to enact a significant evolution in the group's governance.
Thierry Boiron has been appointed CEO, succeeding Valérie Lorentz-Poinsot, who has resigned from her position as Director of the board. Anabelle Flory-Boiron, previously with the company for 19 years and a Director since 2020, has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Thierry Boiron.
