Evergreen Transition: Updating voting rights and shares

Paris-based Transition Evergreen SA has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital. As of October 31, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 40,171,460.

At the same time, the number of theoretical voting rights is 59,412,648, a figure used for threshold crossing calculations in accordance with the AMF general regulations. These rights include shares with and without voting rights.

The exercisable voting rights, which exclude the 134,258 treasury shares without voting rights, are 59,343,405. This information aims to ensure the necessary transparency for the public and potential investors.
