EV Nickel Announces Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for Gemini North Nickel Zone

EV Nickel Inc. has released its initial mineral resource estimate for the Gemini North Nickel Zone, part of the Shaw Dome Project's CarLang Area in northeast Ontario. The estimate indicates a significant primary sulphide deposit distinct from others in the region, with improved nickel recoveries. Resources are estimated at 93.5 million tonnes, with a nickel grade averaging 0.23%, divided into 9.5 million tonnes of indicated resources at 0.27% Ni and 84.0 million tonnes of inferred resources at 0.22% Ni.

The Gemini North Zone includes a potential pit-constrained starter area of 25.5 million tonnes, with 0.27% Ni and 0.34% S, covering both indicated and inferred resources. Discovery followed a diamond drilling program of 23 holes, totaling 6,682 meters. Future plans include further exploration to potentially upgrade inferred resources to indicated status and expand the existing resource base.
