EV Nickel Inc. Announces Promising Metallurgical Results for Gemini North Zone

EV Nickel Inc. has reported positive preliminary results from metallurgical tests on the Gemini North Zone, part of the Shaw Dome Project near Timmins, Ontario. The tests revealed a robust nickel recovery rate of 69.7%, using a similar flowsheet as the CarLang A zone.

Paul Davis, Vice President Exploration, noted the potential of the zone to match the significant nickel mineralization seen at Mt. Keith Mine in Australia. The company’s winter drill program aims to further detail the extent and distribution of the sulphide mineralization.

A composite sample from hole EV24-CAR08 showed impressive recovery rates for nickel, iron, and chromium. Optimization of the flowsheet is anticipated to enhance recoveries and concentrate grades further. The company’s exploration efforts continue with a goal of more than 6,000 meters of drilling targeted for 2025.
