State crossing of thresholds in Eutelsat Communications
The French State Shareholding Agency (APE) announced that it had crossed the 15%, 20%, and 25% thresholds of Eutelsat Communications' share capital and voting rights. This crossing occurred on November 21, 2025, following the subscription of 137,685,395 shares by the French State, now representing 29.65% of the company's share capital.
This operation is part of an €828 million capital increase, reserved for the State and certain strategic shareholders, announced in June 2025. The APE specifies that it does not intend to take control of the company or to change its strategy, apart from statutory adjustments following this fundraising.
