EUROPLASMA Finalizes the Consolidation of its Shares and Lists its New Shares

Europlasma, specialist in depollution solutions, announces the end of its share consolidation operations. From May 28, 2024, one new share replaces five thousand old shares, according to the schedule of the press release of April 10, 2024.

The old shares (ISIN code FR001400CF13) are no longer listed. The new shares, identified by the ISIN code FR001400PDG8, are listed on Euronext Growth Paris. In total, 1,705,392 new shares with a par value of one euro were issued.

Shareholders who do not have a multiple of 5,000 old shares will be compensated by their financial intermediary within thirty days, i.e. no later than July 1, 2024. For any questions, Europlasma offers an FAQ on its website.
