EUROPLASMA announces the entry of Bizzell Europe into the capital of Valdunes Industries
The Europlasma company recently announced that Bizzell Europe, a subsidiary of the Bizzell Corporation group, is taking a 25% stake in Valdunes Industries, a Europlasma entity, for a sum of 5 million euros. This operation marks a strategic development for Europlasma, which thus sees a major player strengthening the financial structure of its subsidiary.
Valdunes Industries, created to take over the activities of MG-Valdunes following a transfer plan approved by the Lille-Métropole commercial court, could see a modification of this agreement to reflect this new distribution of capital. The agreement is intended to increase the profitability of Valdunes Industries and Europlasma more generally. The implementation of this new capital structure will be the subject of discussions with the various stakeholders concerned.
