Eurofins to Issue New Hybrid Bonds and Launch Tender Offer
Eurofins Scientific, a leader in bioanalytical testing, has announced plans to issue a new €400 million Euro-denominated hybrid bond. The company aims to refinance part of its outstanding bonds with this new issuance.
Additionally, Eurofins has launched a tender offer to repurchase its existing €400 million 3.250% hybrid bonds due for a first call on November 13, 2025. The acceptance of this tender offer is contingent upon the successful issuance of the new bonds.
The results of the tender offer are expected to be announced on April 3, 2025. Eurofins' strategy aims to manage its refinancing proactively and extend the average life of its financial instruments.
The company holds a credit rating of Baa3 from Moody's and BBB- from Fitch, reflecting its solid standing in financial markets.
