Eurofins Scientific Acquires Infinity Laboratories, Expanding U.S. BioPharma Testing Network

Eurofins Scientific (EUFI.PA), a global leader in BioPharma Product Testing, has completed the acquisition of Infinity Laboratories, Inc., based in the United States. Established in 1991, Infinity operates eight laboratories and employs around 100 staff. This acquisition enhances Eurofins' microbiology testing capabilities and extends its geographical footprint.

Infinity Laboratories offers a range of services, including microbiology, chemistry, sterilization, and package testing. Its California-based package testing services complement Eurofins’ existing services in Pennsylvania, strengthening their overall network. The acquisition broadens Eurofins' service portfolio in BioPharma and Medical Device Testing, providing comprehensive and competitive services to clients globally.
