EURAZEO Announces Share and Voting Rights Update

Eurazeo has disclosed the number of shares and total voting rights as of September 30, 2024. The company reports a total of 76,081,874 shares composing its share capital. This update follows regulatory compliance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 108,616,119. However, not all these rights are exercisable. The number of exercisable voting rights is 104,051,710. This differentiation considers regulations under Article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation.
