EURASIA FONCIÈRE INVESTISSEMENTS announces a delay in the publication of its 2023 annual report
EURASIA FONCIÈRE INVESTISSEMENTS (EFI), based in Paris, has published an official notification informing of a delay in the distribution of its annual financial report for the 2023 financial year. This delay is attributed to the wait for the evaluation of its real estate portfolio, which was not completed by the deadline of December 31, 2023.
EFI has specified that the new deadline for the publication of the annual accounts and the Statutory Auditors' report is set for May 30, 2024. Shareholders and financial stakeholders are invited to remain attentive to future updates regarding the situation.
