Establishment of bond financing of EUR 3.9 million for ADOMOS

ADOMOS announced the establishment of a new bond issue for a maximum amount of 3.9 million euros. This financing, made up of 25 tranches of OCABSA with a nominal value of 10,000 euros each, allows for immediate fundraising of 300,000 euros thanks to the first tranche. This financial support from the company Atlas Special Opportunities aims to secure the observation period of the current legal recovery.

The maximum net amount per tranche is 132,000 euros. ADOMOS also informs that the holders of securities, other than the investor, have undertaken not to convert their securities during this period. The objective is to deal with debts and present a solution for the sustainability of the activity.
