Esso SAF General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of Esso SAF was held under the chairmanship of Charles Amyot. The shareholders approved the annual and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. The resolutions on governance were also validated, including the renewal of several director mandates and the appointment of two new directors, Ms. Frédérique Le Grevès and Ms. Véronique Morel.
The Council is now made up of nine members, including an employee representative, Odile Rueff. The audit committee remains chaired by an independent member. In addition, a total dividend of €15 per share has been approved, with a detachment scheduled for July 8, 2024 and payment from July 10, 2024.
