ESKER: Share buyback program and liquidity contract

ESKER SA has announced its share buyback program beginning on July 1, 2024. This program complies with AMF instruction n°2005-06. The treasury capital as of June 30, 2024 was 2.37%, representing 143,877 shares.

In July, ESKER carried out several transactions through Portzamparc, including the purchase of 2,819 securities and the sale of 3,532 securities. Among these transactions, the most notable purchase was 400 shares on July 16 at a price of 183.03 euros. The largest sale took place on July 17 with 600 titles sold at 189.34 euros per title.

These operations aim to stabilize the share price, improve liquidity and, potentially, benefit from market movements. The program continues under the supervision of financial regulators to ensure compliance.
