ESGold Expands Montauban Land Position Following 3D Geological Model Findings

VANCOUVER, February 5, 2026 — ESGold Corp. has expanded its Montauban project landholding through the acquisition of 144 additional mining claims, totaling approximately 7,668 hectares. This expansion increases ESGold's control over 417 claims, covering around 20,618 hectares in Québec, marking the largest contiguous mineral tenure in the Montauban region held by a single entity.

This strategic move follows the development of ESGold's ambient noise tomography (ANT) based 3D geological model. The model indicates a potential mineralized corridor extending to a depth of 900 meters and over two kilometers in strike, beyond the highly mined footprint of Montauban. As a result, ESGold aims to advance its exploration and production simultaneously, with a new ANT survey and step-out drilling program in the pipeline as the company prepares for production expected to begin in 2026.
