Erratum - Extraordinary general meeting on June 28, 2024
MND, a French industrial group specializing in cable mobility, snowmaking systems and mountain safety, announces a correction regarding its press release released on May 24, 2024.
The opening date for the 2023/2024 financial year is corrected to July 1, 2023 instead of June 1, 2023. Shareholders are convened for an extraordinary general meeting on June 28, 2024 in Sainte-Hélène-du-Lac, in order to validate a proposal to modify the dates of the financial year.
The modification provides for setting the financial year from January 1 to December 31 of each year. If approved, this resolution will exceptionally extend the 2023/2024 financial year to 18 months, ending on December 31, 2024. This adjustment aims to align the financial year with the seasonality of activities.
