Ernst Russ AG: Publication of the Acceptance Rate for the Scrip Dividend in 2024

Hamburg, 24 June 2024 - Ernst Russ AG has published the acceptance rate for its scrip dividend offered for the 2023 financial year. Shareholders had the choice to receive their dividend either in cash or shares during the subscription period from 31 May 2024 to 14 June 2024.

Around 3.0% of the shareholders opted for the dividend in shares. Consequently, those who chose the cash dividend will receive approximately EUR 32.5 million. The acceptance rate will result in the issuance of 189,025 new shares, increasing the total number of shares by approximately 0.6% to 33,689,311.

These new shares are expected to be included in trading on the open markets of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Scale) and the Hanseatische Wertpapierbörse Hamburg (Mittelstandsbörse Deutschland) on 9 July 2024.
