Availability of documents for the Eramet General Meeting
On May 5, 2025, Eramet announced the convening of its shareholders for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for May 26, 2025, at its Paris headquarters. The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. at 10 Boulevard de Grenelle, Paris. Details regarding participation are included in the convening brochure and will be included in the notice to be published on May 7 in the BALO.
Shareholders can view the preparatory documents on the Eramet website. Live and replay coverage will be available online. A calendar lists key dates: the meeting on May 26, and financial releases on July 30 and October 30, 2025.
