Equispheres Strengthens Board with Industry Veteran Dr. Adrian Keppler

Equispheres Inc., based in Ottawa, has appointed Dr. Adrian Keppler to its Board of Directors as part of its strategy to accelerate the industrialization of metal additive manufacturing. Dr. Keppler, a seasoned executive in the metal additive manufacturing (AM) sector and former CEO of EOS, brings extensive experience and industry connections to Equispheres.

Dr. Keppler aims to enhance the adoption of metal 3D printing by addressing economic challenges and promoting engineered materials as crucial to reducing production costs. His focus at Equispheres will be on increasing awareness and adoption of the company's high-strength materials to boost efficiency and consistency in AM processes.

Equispheres claims their materials can significantly reduce part costs by up to 80% in comparison to traditional aluminum powders, while maintaining strong mechanical properties. Keppler’s strategic insights are expected to guide Equispheres in expanding their powder production capabilities in support of new and ongoing production programs.
