EPIC Suisse AG Reports Strong H1 2025 Results

EPIC Suisse AG has announced a solid set of results for the first half of 2025. The company's rental income increased by 2.3% to CHF 33.4 million, driven by reduced vacancies and the initiation of leases in new developments. The vacancy rate for properties in operation declined to 3.8%.

The real estate portfolio value rose by 2.6% to CHF 1,655.8 million, fueled by the completion of projects like PULSE and Campus Leman Building C. These projects were delivered on time and within budget, bolstering rental income.

EPIC Suisse's EBITDA, including property revaluation, reached CHF 40.6 million, marking a significant year-on-year increase. With a solid equity ratio of 48.4%, the company remains optimistic about future income growth.
