EPC Group signs a purchase option on 240,000 shares

EPC Groupe, listed on Euronext under the symbol EXPL, announces that Candel & Partners has granted 4 Décembre a call option on 240,000 shares. These shares represent 10.61% of EPC Groupe's capital. The call option may be exercised partially in cash and through the delivery of new 4 Décembre shares. The French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) has published a notice regarding this transaction.

EPC Groupe is a major player in the manufacturing and distribution of explosives. In 2024, the group generated revenues of over €550 million. It employs nearly 2,500 people across its 44 subsidiaries in 29 countries.
