EPC announces its key voting rights figures as of March 4, 2024

In accordance with the regulatory obligations detailed in article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16-RG of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, EPC has published the total number of trading rights vote and shares making up its share capital as of March 4, 2024. The press release specifies that the total number of shares amounts to 2,262,830.

Concerning voting rights, a theoretical total of 3,680,180 rights was announced, calculation based on all shares granting voting rights, even those which are deprived of them. In addition, the total number of exercisable voting rights reaches 3,520,340, taking into account the 159,840 treasury shares held by the company and therefore deprived of voting rights.
