Franz-Josef Wiese Joins EnviTec Biogas AG Supervisory Board

Franz-Josef Wiese has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of EnviTec Biogas AG. This decision, effective immediately, was made by the Osnabrück District Court on 9 May 2025. The court's decision is temporary, lasting until the next Annual General Meeting. The appointment follows Silvia Breher's transition to a role as Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Home Affairs.

Wiese brings 40 years of corporate banking experience to the table, particularly from his role as Head of Corporate Banking at Landessparkasse zu Oldenburg. His expertise in finance and the agricultural sector is expected to benefit EnviTec Biogas AG, which is a key player in the biogas industry. The Supervisory Board is led by Ulf Hüttmeyer, with Michael Böging serving as Deputy Chairman.
