Postponement of the Publication of Ethero's Annual Accounts
Ethero announces the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual accounts. Initially scheduled for March 25, 2026, the publication is now postponed to April 9, 2026, after market close. This decision stems from late-stage discussions regarding the accounting treatment of innovative financial engineering operations carried out in 2025.
These operations are part of the company's new strategy, marking its transition to decentralized finance. Within this framework, Ethero has also undertaken the tokenization of real assets and established a strategic reserve of Ethers. The company has been listed on Euronext Growth since 2007.
