Ethero Transitions to Ethereum Treasury Focus
Ethero, formerly known as Entreparticuliers.com, released its H1 2025 financial results, reflecting a significant strategic pivot. Announced in May, the company is transforming into an Ethereum Treasury entity, accumulating Ethereum tokens (ETH) as financial assets continue to digitize.
For the first half of 2025, revenue from its legacy real estate website dropped to €293K, an 18% decline compared to H1 2024. Operating income also decreased significantly, falling to €33K. Notably, the company's consolidated net income was a loss of €15K.
Despite the lower operational figures, Ethero's cash position remains strong at €2.3 million, with no external debt, except for a shareholder current account receivable. By June 30, 2025, Ethero acquired 3,211 ETH, aiming for a medium-term target of 30,000 ETH by 2028.
