Entreparticuliers raises 2 million euros through a private placement of bonds

On July 7, 2025, Entreparticuliers.com announced a private placement to issue 920 bonds accompanied by warrants (BSA), for a gross amount of nearly two million euros. This placement is intended for a limited number of investors. The warrants, numbering 333,040, could generate an additional two million euros if exercised.
