Grid AI Integrates LV Grid to Enhance AI Data Center Expansion

Entero Therapeutics announced the integration of the LV Grid engineering team into its subsidiary, Grid AI, to boost its AI data-center capabilities. The move aims to position Grid AI as a leader in the burgeoning AI data-center energy-orchestration market. LV Grid's team, known for expertise in energy optimization, will advance Grid AI's AI Data Center Controls division.

The integration is set to include a flagship AI data center energy park in Texas, showcasing orchestrated generation and storage capabilities. CEO Jason Sawyer emphasized the strengthened potential for recurring revenue through this strategic move. LV Grid CEO Václav Moulis highlighted the benefits of capital support for global deployment of intelligent power infrastructure.

Goldman Sachs estimates indicate a requirement for over 50 GW of hyperscale datacenter power capacity by 2030, with associated costs creating opportunities worth billions for companies like Grid AI.
