Entech: Information on the total number of voting rights and shares

Entech has published details of its total number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2025. The company has 14,678,447 shares in its capital. Regarding voting rights, the actual number after deduction of treasury shares is 24,720,932. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, is 24,738,588.
