Entech has published an update on its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, Entech has a total of 14,707,247 shares comprising its share capital. The actual number of voting rights is 24,546,854 after deducting treasury shares. Including these treasury shares, the theoretical number of voting rights reaches 24,562,737.
