Entech acquires a 100 MWp photovoltaic project portfolio

Entech, a specialist in renewable energy storage and management, announced the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic projects under development for approximately €1.4 million. This portfolio, consisting of agrivoltaic and ground-mounted power plants, is located in central and southern France. The acquisition offers synergies with Entech's expertise in developing hybrid power plants integrating energy storage.

The projects, with a capacity of 3 to 11 MWp, are at various stages of maturity. The study and optimization of the projects are expected to take two years, with a construction phase planned between 2027 and 2029. This operation is part of the Energy & Services business's strategy, following a €15 million fundraising effort to accelerate its development.
