ENGIE: Update on the number of shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2025

ENGIE has published its monthly statement relating to the number of shares and voting rights making up its capital as of January 31, 2025, in accordance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The company's share capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deducting treasury shares, the number of shares amounts to 2,425,791,322. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number reaches 3,225,585,363, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,216,091,674, after deducting treasury shares.

In accordance with Article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code, registered and fully paid-up shares registered for two years in the name of the same beneficiary benefit from double voting rights.
