ENGIE Releases 2024 Universal Registration Document

ENGIE has announced the filing of its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 13, 2025, under the designation D.25-0091. This document adheres to the ESEF format as per EU regulation n°2019/815.

The comprehensive document includes several critical components: the 2024 annual financial report, the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance, the Statutory Auditor’s report and fees, and details regarding the share buyback program. Notably, it also contains substantial information concerning sustainability, including the Sustainability Statement, the Vigilance Plan, and certification reports.

Available to the public from March 14, 2025, the document can be accessed at no charge on ENGIE's website. Both French and English versions are provided for wider accessibility.
