ENGIE Reports Total Shares and Voting Rights as of December 31, 2025

ENGIE has released its monthly report detailing the total number of shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. According to the report, the company's capital is composed of 2,435,285,011 shares. When accounting for treasury shares, the number of outstanding shares is 2,431,937,525.

The theoretical total of voting rights, including treasury shares, stands at 3,224,803,177. After deducting treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is 3,221,455,691. This information is disclosed in compliance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.

Notably, ENGIE's shares are eligible for double voting rights if registered and fully paid up in the name of the same shareholder for two years or more, pursuant to Article L. 225-123 of the Commercial Code.
