ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights making up its capital as of February 28, 2025. The number of shares making up the capital amounts to 2,435,285,011. After deducting treasury shares, this figure is 2,425,766,283 shares.

The theoretical number of voting rights is 3,215,833,405, including treasury shares. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 3,206,314,677.
