ENERTIME: Postponement of the General Meeting and Suspension of Trading
ENERTIME, a French company specializing in industrial energy efficiency and the production of renewable energy, announces the postponement of its Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting. Initially scheduled for July 4, 2024, it will finally be held on July 25, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the company's headquarters.
The company has also asked Euronext to suspend the listing of its shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market from July 2, 2024. This suspension is effective pending the publication of a press release.
